Hindu Centre is pleased to resume Vedic Yoga classes at the Centre with a concurrent zoom session.

The other good news is that some of the classes will be taken by renowned Yoga teacher D Maniam.

About D Maniam:

Maniam had undergone yoga Teachers training at different schools of thought . He had been formally certified by Vivekananda Kendra , India, IYTA , Australia. He also attended other courses at various schools to enhanced his studies
